ProjectiveX provides AI-powered MVP development, product design, software engineering, automation systems, and related startup-focused development services. All services, timelines, and deliverables are discussed and finalized before project initiation.

Each project is executed based on the mutually agreed scope, features, timeline, and deliverables. Any additional features or major changes requested after project approval may require:

• revised timelines
• additional pricing
• updated agreements

Projects may require an upfront payment before development begins. Payment schedules, milestones, and pricing are discussed individually for every project. Failure to complete payments may result in paused development or delayed delivery.

ProjectiveX aims to deliver projects rapidly and efficiently. However, timelines may vary depending on:

• project complexity
• feature requirements
• revisions
• third-party integrations
• client communication delays

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.

Upon full payment completion, the client receives ownership of the final approved project deliverables unless otherwise agreed. ProjectiveX may showcase non-confidential portions of completed work for portfolio, marketing, and case study purposes.

Projects may integrate third-party tools or platforms including APIs, hosting providers, AI services, analytics tools, or cloud infrastructure. ProjectiveX is not responsible for:

• third-party outages
• pricing changes
• policy changes
• service interruptions
• external platform limitations

Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback during the development process. Excessive revisions or major scope changes beyond the agreed project requirements may result in additional charges.

ProjectiveX shall not be held liable for:

• business losses
• revenue loss
• indirect damages
• data loss
• operational interruptions arising from the use of delivered software or services

Clients are responsible for reviewing and testing deliverables before production usage.

ProjectiveX respects client confidentiality and does not intentionally share private project information without permission. However, clients should avoid sharing sensitive credentials or confidential information through unsecured communication channels.

Either party may terminate a project agreement before completion. Payments already completed for work delivered or development time invested are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

ProjectiveX may update these Terms & Conditions periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
